Put your heart into it and you can achieve anything you want

The Paralympic Games in Tokyo - the impact these sensational humans have had continues to live on.

Nothing says it better than they do. You can play the clip here

I’ve captured a few of my favourite lines below:

“Sport is so much more than a medal. If we can touch people’s lives, and if I’ve done that today for anyone, then that’s a gold medal in another way.”

“If I can give confidence to at least one kid with a disability, then I’ve done my job well.”

“We’re not just a slideshow, we’re not a pity story, we’re people with disabilities who are just out here giving it absolutely everything we can.”

“Just never give up. You’re gonna have a lot of people who will tell you that you can’t do it because you’ve got a disability. Honestly if you put your heart into it and you just try and try and try, you can achieve whatever you want in your life.”

Aren’t they just bloody remarkable?

Excuse the language, but this type of inspirational brilliance just gets me VERY energized! And I wanted to share it.

It also talks so well to having big goals and anything being possible.

I hope you can draw some inspiration from them. It shouldn’t be hard…
