When I get an idea - I RUN WITH IT :)
Which is precisely how the idea for this talk came to be.
I’ve learnt a thing or two about running over the years, not to say I have all the answers, but I’ve found some.
Achieving a Marathon was a life-changer for me and it’s what drives my passion to help ordinary, everyday runners achieve that same goal.
I’ve also experienced countless setbacks and injuries along the way… that have helped me find another way, a more holistic way, and given me the depth of real experience I have to offer today.
The plan for this talk is to bring a community of runners together, be it 1 or 100+ :) I’ll share my TOP 5 WAYS TO RUN BETTER and there will be a chance to share any running goals and ask any questions.
