    I’m Alexandra André and achieving a Marathon was a life-changer for me

    It gave me a taste of what’s possible. A mindset shift I would never look back on and one that would continue to flow to every area of my life, beyond just running, in the most remarkable ways. That was 14 years ago.

    I’m not an elite athlete but my book has been endorsed by the elite. I’m an ordinary everyday runner and I like to challenge myself and grow through the process. I’ve run 5 marathons, completed the toughest one-day sporting event in the world - an IRONMAN event, and I’m a Solo Mum to an amazing little human.

    I’ve also experienced countless setbacks and injuries along the way… that have helped me find another way, a more holistic way, and given me the depth of real experience I have to offer today.

    I am passionate about helping others achieve their Bucket List Dream to one day run a Marathon, because I know how much more of life exists beyond it 🙏

    ONBOARDING SESSION + TRAINING PROGRAM

    To get up to speed on where you’re at & how I can best help

    After you sign up, you’ll be able to book your Onboarding Session. A Zoom Session (1 hr) to discuss your race goal and where you’re at now. You’ll also fill in a few details before hand to help me get up to speed and work out how I can best help. The session aims to be the start of our regular check-ins on your training journey, but it can be a stand alone session offering support and guidance, and answering any questions you have. This can also include a customised training program, or a review and refinement of an existing one.

    ‘THE POWER OF POSSIBILITY ACADEMY’ MEMBERSHIP

    The Online Program to achieve your goal

    As a Marathon Member you’ll receive lifetime membership to The Power of Possibility Academy. The Online Program that guides you through the 12 steps it takes to achieve a goal. Featuring coaching notes, videos, audios and worksheets - it’s user friendly and action orientated! And is the PERFECT course to do in parallel to your training. It will really help on your journey, and help you get more out of the journey too! It encompasses much of what I’ve learnt so will be a great resource I’ll often refer to.     Each week we’ll catch up on Zoom or the phone to check-in (20 mins) and see how you’re going. It will be a chance to ask me anything, make any tweaks to your training program and help keep you on track! It’s a big goal and journey, and I’ll be there to help you navigate it all. You can also feel free to reach out over email in between our sessions if something comes up.

    PRE-RACE PREP SESSION

    As race-day nears, we’ll have another Zoom Session together (1 hr). We’ll focus on a Race Day Checklist, Race Plan and do some Mindset Preparation - to get you as prepared as possible for the big day!

    POST-RACE DEBRIEF

    To reflect on how it all went

    Why does no one do this? It is one of the most valuable pieces of the puzzle. You train for months, go through so much, learn so much. Then for so many once you cross the finishing line, that’s it. Aside from the keepsake medal you might smile at now and then. But not if you’re with me :) We want to reflect on it - what worked, what didn’t work, what you learnt, and what could you take from the experience to other areas of your life? This is a critical session I am very much looking forward to already! An it’s on the house, I’ll throw this one in and we’ll take all the time we need on it. We’ll also be de-briefing as we go at our weekly check-ins.

    Questions & Answers

     

    Does it include a training program?

    It absolutely can. You might already have a program and that’s fine. If you don’t we’ll develop one, and we can tweak it along the way at our regular check-ins

    Does it include a running club / group training sessions?

    No, it doesn’t. Our sessions will be virtual - over zoom / phone / email, but there are some brilliant running clubs I can recommend and introduce you to

    What if I get injured and have to pull out?

    We’ll be working hard to make sure that doesn’t happen, but if it does, and the goal posts change due to injury, or for any other reason, that’s fine, we can hit pause & re-commence anytime

    My running goal is a different distance to a marathon (eg: 21 km, 10 km etc) can you help me?

    Absolutely. You can have my support for any ‘marathon of a goal’ distance. Or if you’re just looking for a one-off coaching session you can book that here. And it doesn’t have to be Melbourne Marathon - I can help with any race event

    Do I have to do the online course - The Academy?

    No you don’t but the Marathon Membership strategically includes it ;) You’ll have membership for it to use anytime you like. The modules and themes in it will be really helpful and relevant to do in parallel to your training. And they’ll help you gain even more from your Marathon Journey, so I highly encourage it. You can just skim through all the videos for a light touch version, or you can deep dive and spend time getting the most out of it

    Can I just join as a ‘Marathon Member’ and not sign up for the weekly support?

    Yes absolutely. That will get you access to The Academy (at a very good deal!) and access to the resources that sit behind the Members Area, as well as our Onboarding Session. But it won’t give you the Weekly Sessions, or the pre and post race sessions - you’ll need to purchase that support separately. And the good news is, if you’re looking to do a couple of races, you pay the joining fee once, and just switch the Weekly Support on and off as you need

    What qualifications do you have?

    Recreational Running Level 1 Coaching Qualification

    5 x Marathoner, 10 x 1/2 Marathoner, 1 x IRONMAN, 2 x 70.3 IRONMAN, Reiki Level 1 & 2, Kinesiology Level 1, and I’m a Solo Mum to an amazing little boy :)

    And if there’s an area I can’t help with, I’ll be reaching out to the vast and wonderful network of experts I’ve connected with on my journey

     
     

    What’s the investment?

     

    Marathon Members Joining Fee: $250

    You’ll pay an initial joining fee to access the Marathon Package Members Area

    This includes: Onboarding Session + Program ($200), Lifetime access to The Academy ($350), and helpful resources and content

    Support in the lead up to your race: $80 / week

    Once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to purchase the weekly coaching support

    This includes: Weekly Check-ins ($80), support in between, Pre-Race Prep Session ($150), Post-Race Debrief ($150)

    “It’s official. I’m a Marathoner!! 42.2 km is a long way. A special thanks to my coach & mentor Alexandra Andre. It’s been a great journey.
